The World Flyers canceled today's scheduled flight to Prince Rupert, British Columbia after the Seattle was damaged attempting to takeoff.
Seattle Damaged. Flight Delayed Again
An effort was made this morning to depart for Prince Rupert, but in attempting to take-off, the flagship "Seattle", No. 1, damaged the tipping of the propeller in the spray, which necessitated retipping of the propeller.
The Boeing Aircraft Corporation has volunteered its services to repair the broken propeller and work is expected to continue until early tomorrow morning, April 6th.
Departure for Prince Rupert is now rescheduled for the morning of April 6th.
